licensing and ordinations.

Licensing and ordination credentials are governed, issued, and processed through DORM International. KSU provides the educational training and materials portion needed per their eligibility standards.

KSU and DORM International believe that licensing and ordination should be officiated within the local body to 1) observe and confirm the call 2) cultivate and nurture the call. In addition to having assessability to handling immediate needs within the work of the ministry.

However, we understand that many have provided ministerial credentials without the appropriate tools or support. Therefore, we (KSU and DORM Intl) are partnering with church leaders to equip the ministry gifts within their local church and community.

In addition, we understand that, unfortunately, ministry gifts will never be recognized in some local bodies if they are not part of the "group criteria." Therefore, many ministerial gifts are left inactive, unrecognized, and uncultivated. Subsequently, KSU has developed training programs to help these ministerial gifts. DORM Intl has developed initiatives to work closely with leaders and individuals to bridge the gap from activating, cultivating, and assimilating the gifts within the community and world at large.
