Program Fee: $200 one-time (includes etraining materials). Doesn't apply for self study Personal Christian Education courses.
Re-enrollment Fee: $60 (re-enrollment is required for students who are inactive for six months)
Technology Fee. $10 mth
Note: Your books are not covered in the program fee. This is an addition charge that varies by program and the desire for the student to have a paperback book verses a ebook.
Text Books and Lab Materials
Students will be required to obtain the textbooks and materials mandatory for each course of their program of study curriculum, which will require outside reading and research. Books will be available from the KSU Online Bookstore. Course materials are generally under $50 per course. Most of our course materials are in ebook form with the options to purchase the physical book copy. Shipping and handling fees of $25.00 are applied to each course where it is necessary to send core materials to students when ebook download or email attachments are not practical.
International Students
Will subsequently be billed for actual shipping and handling expenses. Some programs may be discouraged for students in foreign countries because of new international shipping regulations and the attached high costs. We strive to make our Christian college affordable as possible. 80- 95 percent of KSU course program material is in the following ebook format: pdf or Kindle. We are working to obtain a 100% ebook format course materials.
Scholarship
Financial Aid: We do not participate in the Federal Financial Aid program as our tuition doesn't meet the fee requirements to be apart of such programs. We desire to keep our students from absorbing high financial education expenses. However, we do offer financial assistance and payment options to aid our students in their educational endeavors.

Payment Plans
KSU understands that everyone's financial needs are different and therefore we have implemented 5 financial plans for our students.

- Monthly Plans: Students are given the option to pay tuition monthly to cover their educational endeavor
- Quarterly Plans: Students are given the option to pay tuition quarterly to cover their educational endeavor.
- Bi-Annual Plans: Students are given the option to pay tuition bi-annually to cover their educational endeavor
- Yearly Terms Plans: Students are given the option to pay tuition yearly to cover their educational endeavor
- Financing Option :Students are given a no interest financing offer for 6 months from our financial institution partner. This allows our students to pay for their program and have 6 months to pay it off with no interest added by the financial institution. After the six months, the financial institution will begin to apply an interest rate to account. This is subject to credit approval and the amount you are asking to finance is over $99

KSU Terms and Conditions
Withdrawal – All withdrawal notices must be made in writing, and sent electronically through our student portal or within the body of an email. The withdrawal date is confirmed upon receipt by KSU. Send withdrawal notices through the portal or email to [email protected]; by fax to (866) 452-4253.
Discontinuance of lesson submissions or failure to make tuition payments does not constitute a statement of withdrawal from our Online university. Students who are experiencing study or financial difficulties should first seek consultation before making a final decision. A student’s financial obligations to the university will continue until receipt of an official request for withdrawal.
Refund of the Enrollment Fee – The student enrollment fee covers the cost of assessing the application, transcript analysis, interactions with the prospective student, and the presentation of an official program enrollment offer, and therefore is not refundable.
Refund of Tuition payments – Course tuition fees are not refundable, regardless of how long the student has had the materials or how long they have been in the program. As a non-profit organization, CTS utilizes funds as they are received. Students on payment plans are consumers of educational services that the institution is continuously providing, the student’s tuition payments fund these services daily until such a time as the student either pays his or her tuition in full or officially withdraws according to the withdrawal policy. The institution is dedicated to providing ongoing service during the period of the student’s enrollment.
These services include (but are not necessarily limited to) academic advising, program-level course study guides, personal online program guide, qualified faculty support, bookstore services, dedicated telephone and email communication services, administrative services, program consultation, grade and transcript record keeping, secure data warehousing, secure international banking services for the payment of tuition and fees, official Web site services, regular information messages, and opportunities for external experiences and services. It is the student’s responsibility to take advantage of these services and work toward the online program completion. Therefore, there is no tuition refund.
